Talent

Leadership Academy

Our program is designed to train, develop, and strengthen the leadership skills of BSVV attorneys.

We aim to support our associates at every stage of their careers, enhancing their legal expertise, strategic capabilities, team management, professional ethics, effective communication, and business development skills.

To achieve this, we offer workshops and training sessions across multiple levels and depths, enabling each member of our team to fully develop and showcase their talents according to their professional stage.

Training and Workshops

We invite experts from diverse fields to share their perspectives on Chile and the world, discuss emerging trends, provide context on current affairs, and help us better understand the industries in which we operate. Our goal is to stay at the forefront of global and legal developments.

Friday talks

In this space, we have hosted distinguished figures such as: Carlos Peña, Rector and academic, analyzing the state of institutions and justice in Chile; Joaquín García Huidobro deepening the conversation around ethics in the legal profession; Cristián Warken expanding our understanding of poetry and culture; Paulina Yazigi, President of the AFP Association, in the midst of the pension reform debate; José Manuel Silva, Director of LarrainVial Asset Management, examining the global economic landscape; among many others who have enriched this forum.

Skills workshops

We also organize workshops focused on specific competencies, such as legal writing with columnist Joe Black, finance and accounting fundamentals, effective communication, and team management.

Legal updates

We closely follow the latest legal updates to ensure our associates remain up to date. We offer workshops on specific legal topics, for example, collaboration among competitors or the incorporation of arbitration clauses, encouraging internal discussion and analysis. Through these sessions, we break down key rulings and explore the implications of cases such as Interlocking, as well as public policy developments like the proposed reforms to the Environmental Assessment Service.

Open lectures

We host select open lectures for all attorneys interested in particular topics. National and international specialists are invited to share insights, for example, on academic admissions at the most prestigious universities worldwide.

Workshops for students

We aim to contribute to the professional success of current law students. To that end, we conduct free workshops at various universities to help them prepare effective, high-impact CVs and make a strong impression in their first job interviews.

Committed to our people

We are committed to fostering a work environment that promotes skill development, inspiration, and respect for all individuals, where professional growth and workplace practices are merit-based and free from discrimination.
