Roberto Lewin heads the Labor Law practice at Barros Silva Varela & Vigil. He has extensive experience advising domestic and foreign companies from various industries on individual and collective labor matters. His practice is characterized by a strategic and comprehensive approach that seeks to align labor relations with business objectives.

He has extensive experience in restructuring processes, collective bargaining, regulatory compliance, and human resources management. In addition, he regularly advises on social security matters, labor migration, internal investigations, inclusion and diversity policies, harassment and discrimination prevention, and the design and implementation of internal protocols and training.
