Javier has focused his practice mainly on projects and transactions related to Mining, Energy and Natural Resources. He assists local and international clients’ project development, corporate affairs, drafting of reports, support in public and private tender procedures, assistance in water rights and environmental permits, drafting and negotiation of contracts, especially those related to the mining industry, such as sale and purchase agreements, option agreements, exploration agreements, joint ventures, among others.
