Barros Silva Varela & Vigil advised WherEX in the issuance of a SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity) for up to US $5 million. This involved the coordination of the company’s UK legal team to meet the expectations of the investors and WherEX.
With the capital increase, WherEX continues to advance in its international expansion plans, which began in 2020 with its entry into Peru and gained momentum in 2021 with its presence in Mexico.
