Culpeo Mining enters the property of the Petacas mining project
.SHAREDuring September, Culpeo Mining signed an SPA for 50% of the shares of Petacas SpA (owner of Petacas Mining Project), located in the Sierra Las Petacas sector, Copiapó. SPA was awarded through a competitive process organized by BICE Inversiones.
In parallel, a purchase option agreement was signed with other shareholders for the acquisition of 35% of the shares of the same company.
BSVV advised Culpeo Mining in the negotiation and structuring of the transaction and is currently advising on corporate and development aspects of the Project and its controlling company.
