Cordada obtains IDB Invest financing of up to USD $15 million
.SHARECordada is a company that provides financing to SME fintechs and non-bank financial institutions in Chile and Peru. With this credit line with IDB Invest, Cordada seeks to strengthen its operations in these countries and open its business in Mexico.
Barros Silva Varela & Vigil advised Cordada on the Financing Agreement with the Inter-American Investment Corporation (IDB Invest) to obtain this credit line for up to USD $15 million for two years renewable.
The transaction required the coordination of the legal teams of both IDB Invest in New York, Chile and Peru, and Cordada in Peru.
