On Friday, May 26, our partners José Manuel Bustamante and Claudia Ferreiro, together with María José Marchant, gave a presentation to the Chilean Broadcasters Transmitter Association on the upcoming Law that systematizes economic and environmental crimes.
The new regulation was approved by Congress on May 15 and was sent to the President of the Republic for enactment into law.
In that instance, the lawyers explained the different scopes of this new regulation from the Criminal, Compliance, Consumer, Competition, Antitrust and Environmental point of view, among other aspects.
