By means of an administrative appeal, Fedir Chile obtained the annulment of the Resolution of the Araucanía Sur Health Service that had considered its bid as withdrawn, and was able to revert the procedure to the state of approval of the contract, allowing it to start providing the food service within the original deadlines.
