Isidora is part of the firm’s Compliance team and focuses her practice on advising companies on regulatory compliance, the implementation of integrity programmes and risk mitigation.

Tomás is part of the Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions team at the law firm. His practice focuses on advising clients on corporate governance matters and on the buying and selling of companies.

José Miguel advises domestic and international clients on a wide range of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. He also supports companies in their day-to-day operations, advising on corporate governance matters and contractual negotiations.

José Antonio is part of the tax team where he advises clients on tax planning and strategy, administrative procedures and representation before the Internal Revenue Service, among other matters.

Marcela has more than 20 years of experience advising clients on Corporate and Real Estate matters.
