Florencia is part of the Real Estate team, focusing his practice in legal advisory to clients in Real Estate, corporate and civil matters, mainly on property operations, due diligence and Real Estate Reports.

Dominga is part of the Firm´s Compliance team and focuses his practice counseling companies on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and risk mitigation.

Andrés is part of the Real Estate team and focuses his practice in providing legal advice to companies and individuals in real estate, corporate, commercial and civil matters, including the development of processes of purchase and sale of assets, real estate transactions and financing of companies and real estate projects.

Francisco focuses his practice on civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, with extensive experience in dispute resolution and out-of-court negotiations.

In addition, his practice includes advising and representing companies in consumer and advertising matters, both in judicial and administrative proceedings.

Francisco is part of the Firm’s Litigation and Arbitration team, both civil and commercial, with experience in dispute resolution on engineering and construction, administrative disputes, constitutional protection actions, bankruptcy and reorganization proceedings, among others.

Esteban has worked in both the public and private sectors, focusing his practice on regulatory public law, administrative sanctioning proceedings, constitutional actions and litigation, and legal reports. He has advised clients on administrative proceedings before various government agencies, legal disputes before public authorities, strategic planning, and the drafting of regulations.

Katherine concentrates her practice in labour and social security law, especially in judicial litigation, administrative procedures, advising companies on individual and collective labour law, internal investigations, implementation of protocols, training on Karin Law and labour regulations, human resources, teachers’ labour statute, among others.

Josefina advises clients on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. She specializes in financing and promoting good corporate governance, compliance with the applicable legal framework in institutional and procedural matters, especially in renewable energy projects.

Beatriz is part of the Public, Regulatory and Environmental Law team, where she advises on administrative procedures before environmental authorities, mainly in the framework of the Environmental Impact Assessment System, for projects of different nature. She also advises on compliance with environmental and sectoral regulations.

Catalina is part of the Corporate, Mining and Natural Resources team, and advises companies on corporate matters, water rights, mining concessions and development of renewable energy projects.
