Trinidad is a Civil Industrial Engineer. She has more than 10 years of experience in various industries, in the areas of planning, sales operations and administration. She is responsible of leading the processes of invoicing and collection, financial control and administrative management of the studio.

Teresa has a solid track record of more than 12 years in administrative and service management positions, with specific experience in the financial sector. She has a professional vision focused on optimising internal operational processes, human resources, and infrastructure.

She has worked in similar positions, supporting the management and marketing departments of Viña Almaviva, Munita Cruzat y Claro, and later at MCC Inversiones Globales.

Florencia has extensive experience in recruitment, selection and career development of high performance professionals. She worked as a Recruitment and Selection specialist at Banco Santander and 7 years at McKinsey and Company as Career Development Manager for Spanish Latam.

Today she leads the People Department of the firm.
