BSVV advises Phoenix Tower International in the implementation of GLBO project in Chile

BSVV advises Phoenix Tower International in the signing of usufruct contracts or extensions of existing leases with the owners of the most valuable telecommunications antenna locations in the market, for a term of 30 years.

For the above, the real estate area carries out a study of the titles of the properties, the permits applicable to the area and the necessary safeguards for each particular operation to ensure the success of the same without risk to our client.

Phoenix Tower International plans to close at least 100 locations in a year with an approximate investment of USD $9.000.000.
