Continental Grain Company makes significant investment in Agroberries to accelerate ambitious global expansion plan
.SHAREAgroberries, a leading global company in the in the fresh berry industry, with operations in Chile, Peru, Mexico, Argentina and the United States, established its parent company in the United Kingdom, where it issued first-issue shares that were subscribed by Continental Grain Company (Conti), a New York-based agroindustrial investment company.
This capital increase is intended to finance Agroberries´ ambitious expansion and growth plan and to add Conti's international network and operational expertise.
BSVV advised Agroberries and its founding shareholders in the establishment of its UK parent company and in the negotiation of all the necessary contracts for Conti's entry.
