BSVV provides advice to its clients on corporate compliance

During the first semester of 2019, BSVV advised several clients in the preparation, design and implementation of crime prevention models in compliance with Law 20,393 which establishes the criminal liability of legal entities, including the establishment of internal prevention policies, modification of the Internal Regulations of Order, Hygiene and Security, risk analysis and adoption of controls for each area of the company, training, among others.

BSVV also advised its clients on compliance with the obligations that Law 19,913, created by the Financial Analysis Unit, imposes on certain natural persons and legal entities in consideration of the economic activity they carry out, such as registering on the reporting entities portal, reporting suspicious and in cash transactions, maintaining certain records, establishing a crime prevention manual, among others.

The firm has legally advised and trained its clients in matters of corporate governance, policies, programs, designs and implementation of prevention models, due diligence and codes of conduct in accordance with current legislation.
